The Gem of Penelokan Village, Lakeview Hotel & Restaurant is nestled up against the national forest and is perched on the crater rim of the majestic Batur Caldera, a UNESCO Global Geopark Heritage. Lakeview is the eastern-most property in the village and is blessed with the most sublime view of Mt Batur and her crater lake. Being 1348 Meters above sea level and with such a cool climate, morning sunrise experiences are magical and refreshing. A great escape from the tropical heat and traffic in the more populated areas of Bali.

Lakeview is the original family hotel & restaurant in the Kintamani area, founded as a home stay of teak and fern-tree huts by Mangku Dharta in 1964. Now Lakeview is run by the second generation and offers 29 comfortable bedrooms and 2 Restaurants and 1 Coffee shop, all of which present spectacular views of nature, set in a vast volcanic caldera.

Lakeview is significantly located to many stunning spots where you can experience the real beauty of Bali’s heartlands. Natural wonders like volcanoes, lakes, natural hot springs, waterfalls, forests and more are just down the road. Surrounded with such natural beauty, there are a wide range of activities and tours to choose from like trekking, Jeep Tour, cycling, canoeing, rafting, forest walks, swims at the hot springs, agricultural, temple and village tours.

Standard room

Our Standard rooms are in a Balinese style, two-storey building with a garden area and offers tea/coffee-making facilities and filtered water. Maximum sized windows allow you to enjoy a full view of the caldera from our comfy beds, with sliding doors that open up to a balcony with mountain and lake views. Our Deluxe room features golden bamboo flooring, light bamboo, rattan and wooden furniture, a mini bar replenished daily along with tea/coffee-making facilities and filtered water. Designed with a sleek modern aesthetic to keep comfortable during your stay at Lakeview. Fitted with a furnished balcony and a living room sofa bed with maximized windows, exhibiting the heavenly views of our beloved mountain and lake. The bedroom has Hollywood bed (double or twin), a Smart TV, a study table with drawers with tea/coffee-making facilities, a sizable bathroom and cupboards completed with a hairdryer and toiletries.

This spacious new room is designed to keep your family comfortable during your stay at Lakeview. Fitted with a furnished balcony and a living room sofa bed with maximized windows, exhibiting the heavenly views of our Beloved Mountain and lake.

RESTAURANT

At Lakeview we have three Restaurant ; Armanusa dining, Shanhu dimsum & tea and NAD coffee and bakery. All of our restauranr offe a wide veriety of local and foreign cusine, in buffet, 3 to 5 course set menu, family style set mneu and ala carte style. Enjoy the view from any seat, in an indoor or outdoor setting.

Always remember to bring your camera as Lakeview abounds with amazing photos apportunity. Family photos and selfies taken from our Armanusa Deck and Swing are hung on many living room walls all over the world.

Ohayo coffee shop has 70seats open for sunrise from 05.45

Armanusa Dining has 250 seats and is open from 08.00 AM - 04.00 PM

Shan Hu dimsum & tea has 90 seat has open from 08.00 AM - 10.00 PM
